LIVING ON THE WATER - OPEN DESIGN AS A CONNECTING ELEMENT.
This residential complex was connected to its surroundings through an open design. The central element is a gently flowing stream that’s upgraded banks provide a leisure space with a variety of uses. Planted trees make up the transition area between this spacious, split level promenade and the complex. Different levels of Corten steel planting areas rise out of the paved area and structure the space.
